Mike has been involved in the music business for approaching a decade now. Concentrating on DJing and production in the last four years, he has risen quickly through the ranks, releasing tracks and taking in club and festival gigs all over the UK and overseas. With an eclectic taste, Mike brings together house, techno, electro, garage and even drum & bass, in ways that are sometimes surprising,… but always …bang on the money. His weekly `Retune FM Radio Show´ on Manchester´s Unity Radio, has brought with it an army of devotees, anxious to see where he will take us next. A flick through his back catalogue of podcasts and you will soon understand why we are so pleased when he arrives at the studio armed with bags of tunes. Away from DJing, Mike is currently releasing music on Leeds based Retweak Records and 3am Recordings as well as the mighty Lost My Dog Records.
For the future, Mike is currently developing a live set and a stack full of new tracks which he will roll out over the coming months. And with a return tour to Thailand and a fresh one to the US on the horizon, this year looks set to be his best yet. When he's not taking care of all this tomfoolery, Mike enjoys sleeping as much as humanly possible and is quite fond of pate on toast.
